This comparative research examines the genealogy (Nasab-e-Nama) of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as presented in the works of two renowned Seerah writers. The study finds that both authors have traced the Prophet’s lineage similarly and addressed objections regarding the genealogy, adhering to the seven generations as described by the Prophet (PBUH) himself. They also highlight the virtues of these ancestors. Shah Sahib provides a concise account of the Prophet's forefathers, emphasizing their adherence to monotheism and freedom from idolatry-related practices. The research discusses the lineage from Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), with detailed accounts of some ancestors. It further explores their social, economic, and moral qualities, as well as their societal roles and customs in the context of Abrahamic traditions. Through this analysis, the study offers insights into the Prophet’s noble ancestry and its significance
