Peer Review Procedure

All submissions to this journal must adhere to the "focus and scope" and "author guidelines" provided by the journal. Manuscripts should align with the scientific merit or novelty outlined in the "focus and scope," and authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality.

Research articles submitted will undergo a double-blind peer-review process, involving at least two qualified experts who provide scholarly feedback. The Editor will make the final decision on article acceptance based on reviewer comments. The Chief Editor will handle the publication process, considering the order of receipt, geographic distribution of authors, and thematic relevance.
