Open Access Policy
All research articles published in Al-Marjān International Research Journal of Islamic & Religious Studies adhere to an open access policy, ensuring immediate and unrestricted access for readers to read, download, and share the content. These articles are released under the terms of a Creative Commons license, permitting the use, distribution, and reproduction of the work in any medium, provided proper attribution is given.
User Rights: Authors and copyright holders grant users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to the work. Users are licensed to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and display the work publicly. Additionally, they have the right to create and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium, for any responsible purpose. This is subject to the condition that proper attribution of authorship is maintained, and users may also make a limited number of printed copies for personal use.
Repository Depository: Upon initial publication, a complete version of the work, along with all supplementary materials and a copy of the permission, is promptly deposited in at least one online repository. These repositories are supported by academic institutions, scholarly societies, government agencies, or other well-established organizations. The purpose is to facilitate open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving, aligning with the commitment to enabling widespread access to valuable scholarly content.
