Globalization has emerged as a defining feature of the contemporary world, influencing social, economic, and cultural spheres across nations. While it has facilitated rapid technological advancement, knowledge transfer, and economic integration, it simultaneously poses significant challenges to traditional and religious value systems, including Islamic civilization. This study analytically examines the multifaceted threats globalization presents to Islamic cultural, ethical, and educational values. It highlights issues such as cultural homogenization, the erosion of moral and religious practices, and the increasing influence of Western media and lifestyle patterns. At the same time, the study identifies areas of potential compatibility, where Islamic principles of justice, knowledge, and social welfare can harmonize with global developments. Through a comprehensive review of literature, Qur’anic guidance, and Prophetic traditions, this research underscores the need for strategic engagement with globalization—adopting beneficial aspects while safeguarding core Islamic values. The findings aim to provide policymakers, educators, and the Muslim community with insights to strengthen cultural resilience and promote an informed, value-based approach in the globalized era.
