This study explores the intricate relationship between Islamic Shari'ah and political theories, focusing on the wisdom (Asrar) and objectives (Hikam) embedded within Islamic jurisprudence. It critically analyzes selected Islamic scholarly thought to uncover the principles that govern political systems in the light of Shari'ah. The research emphasizes the dynamic nature of Islamic political philosophy, which offers a comprehensive framework for governance rooted in justice, equity, and the welfare of humanity. By juxtaposing traditional Islamic principles with contemporary political ideologies, the study examines the relevance of Shari'ah in addressing modern political challenges such as democracy, pluralism, and global governance. The analysis highlights how Islamic concepts like Shura (consultation), Adl (justice), and Maslahah (public welfare) can contribute to sustainable political structures in diverse socio-political contexts. The paper adopts a comparative and analytical approach, presenting a nuanced understanding of how selected Islamic thinkers interpret the application of Shari'ah in contemporary political scenarios. It aims to bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical implementation, offering valuable insights for policymakers, scholars, and political activists interested in integrating Islamic values into modern governance.
