This article presents a contextual and thematic study of the concept of angels as portrayed in the Qur'an, focusing on two central themes: the prostration of angels to Adam (AS) and their role in the revelation. By analyzing various Qur'anic passages, the study highlights how each mention of angels is intricately tied to its surrounding context, serving distinct theological and moral purposes. The article demonstrates that the Qur'an does not repeat the angelic narrative merely for emphasis. Rather, it reflects deeper layers of meaning, such as highlighting human dignity through the angels’ obedience or affirming the trustworthiness and authority of divine revelation through Angel Jibreel(AS). Drawing from different classical tafasir, the study further explores how angels embody absolute obedience to Allah and act as intermediaries in His communication with prophets. Ultimately, this research highlights the indispensability of belief in angels as a pillar of faith and reveals how their mention in diverse contexts enhances the spiritual, theological, and moral fabric of Qur'anic guidance.
