Khwaja Muhammad Masoom Sirhindi (RA), the illustrious son and successor of Imam Rabbani Mujaddid Alf Thani Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi (RA), played a vital role in continuing the movement for the revival of Islam initiated by his father. While Imam Rabbani (RA) began the intellectual and spiritual struggle against the heresies, corrupt beliefs, and moral decline of his era, Khwaja Masoom (RA) carried this mission to its completion. Following his father’s methodology, he dedicated his efforts to reforming rulers, scholars, Sufis, and the general public through personal guidance and an extensive collection of letters (Maktubat). These letters reflect his profound thoughts on creed (aqidah), worship (ibadah), transactions, ethics, adherence to the Sunnah, and Sufi principles, aiming to eradicate false notions and revive authentic Islamic teachings. Among these, his perspectives on Tawheed (Oneness of Allah) and Risalah (Finality and Prophethood of Muhammad ﷺ) stand out as the foundation of his intellectual struggle. This research paper presents an analytical study of Khwaja Masoom’s ideas concerning monotheism and prophethood, highlighting his theological clarity, Qur’anic reasoning, and prophetic adherence. The study also explores how his scholarly discourse contributed to religious revival, strengthened Islamic identity, and provided spiritual and moral guidance for the Muslim Ummah. Through his life and works, Khwaja Masoom Sirhindi (RA) emerges as a beacon of orthodoxy, an advocate of pure Tawheed, and a defender of the finality of Prophethood, leaving a lasting legacy in the Islamic intellectual tradition.
