Social Issues Faced by Children of Unknown Parentage and Their Solutions: A Research Review in Light of The Islamic Teachings

Abstract

Islam is a complete religion in which the rights and duties of every individual are explained in detail. That is, no individual in the society is left helpless and helpless, but Islam trains its followers in such a way that they become a complete good for the society. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also demonstrated what he told in practice so that people would not use excuses and excuses while feeling any kind of difficulty and could not decrease or increase in the religion of Allah. Along with his worship, Allah also ordered the rights of the servants. Which include the rights of parents, the rights of relatives and the rights of neighbors, etc. Since the first right among the rights of the servants is the right of the parents, who are the origin and reason for the birth of a person. Parents who provide every kind of comfort to their children from birth to settlement. These children are well cared for and supported by their loving parents, but who will take care of the hunger and thirst of such children of unknown lineage who are deprived of the love of their parents and whose cries have become unknown in this world? Who will provide clothes for them? So that they can protect their bodies from cold and heat, Allah Almighty has ordered the support of such children of unknown lineage to those who are able to support them. In this article, the social problems and solutions of children of unknown lineage have been examined in the context of Islamic teachings and the misunderstandings found in this regard have been removed. Islamic injunctions have been clearly brought forward in the solution of social problems of children of unknown lineage.
