Abstract

One of the significant issues we face is the problem of prioritization. This refers to placing the commands of Shariah, national values, and actions in their proper position with complete balance. Unfortunately, in some matters, we suffer from excessiveness, while in others, we fall into negligence. This imbalance has led us to decline and stagnation. Due to ignorance, we often engage in actions that are not among the objectives of the religion or disregard those deeds that the faith strongly demands of us. It is essential not to prioritize the less significant over the significant or the significant over the most significant. Similarly, the less preferred should not be placed above the preferred, nor the inferior above the superior. In this regard, the commands and principles in the Qur'an and Sunnah will be discussed following a research-based methodology. This aims to ensure that, as per the Qur'anic term Qistas Mustaqeem (the just balance), everything is placed in its rightful position. The research will follow an explanatory approach.
